EMBRACE DOWNTOWN
The City of Noblesville is making critical infrastructure and beautification upgrades in the downtown area. This project will support the growth and opportunities of the city and enhance the historic downtown square.

BUSINESSES ARE OUR PRIORITY
The City of Noblesville recognizes that this project will affect businesses within the construction zone, and we are committed to reducing these impacts as much as possible. We are evaluating opportunities to help draw customers to the downtown businesses during construction.
We will communicate with downtown business owners and their patrons consistently to share updates about the project including design plans and construction activity. The project design team has vast experience phasing construction in deference to business operations.
THE TIME IS NOW
Thirty years have passed since the last significant infrastructure update downtown Noblesville. The current needs are pressing and addressing them allows the city to act more efficiently and cost-effectively to benefit our authentic and thriving downtown.

Water Line work
Drivers should be aware of a temporary restriction on Logan Street beginning on or after March 9. Crews will be installing new water main on the north side of Logan Street, west of Eighth Street. For approximately one week, weather dependent, Logan Street traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction.
Driveway access will be coordinated with business owners. No water service interruption is anticipated for this work.

BUSINESSES ARE OUR PRIORITY
The City of Noblesville recognizes that this project will affect businesses within the construction zone, and we are committed to reducing these impacts as much as possible. We encourage people to continue to shop, dine, and visit downtown Noblesville throughout construction. As part of its commitment to assisting business owners, the City of Noblesville has implemented a stamp program.

PHASE 1B: Logan street
Phase 1B construction will take place on Logan Street from Eighth Street through the intersection at Ninth Street. During this phase, a 6' wide sidewalk will be maintained adjacent to building frontages for (patrons/tenants/visitors) to gain access to the buildings. The remaining portion of sidewalk and street up to the Hamilton County Courthouse seat wall will be closed as work progresses. In addition to widening the sidewalks, crews will be removing curbs, installing landscaping buffers, and more to cultivate a traffic-calmed environment centered around pedestrian safety and accessibility.
This work will begin after the first segment is complete and will result in the closure of Logan Street from east of Eighth Street to the Ninth Street intersection. Business access will be maintained throughout this phase, but there will be no parking on Logan Street.
Detours have been identified for vehicles and pedestrians.
