The City of Noblesville recognizes that this project will affect businesses within the construction zone, and we are committed to reducing these impacts as much as possible. We encourage people to continue to shop, dine, and visit downtown Noblesville throughout construction.
STAMP Program
As part of its commitment to assisting business owners, the City of Noblesville has implemented a loyalty stamp card program.
Make a purchase at a participating business and get a stamp. Your card is complete once you have five stamps. A minimum of two stamps must come from a business in the green zone. Remaining stamps may come from businesses in the yellow zone.
Completed cards can be returned to the following businesses for a chance to win: Rosie's Place, The Courthouse Club, Noble Coffee & Tea, The Velvet Plum, Just Lagom, The Peoples State Bank, or Go & Do.
There’s no limit on how many times a person can enter. 10 winners will be selected in April, May, and June and win $250 in downtown business gift cards.
