The City of Noblesville recognizes that this project will affect businesses within the construction zone, and we are committed to reducing these impacts as much as possible. We encourage people to continue to shop, dine, and visit downtown Noblesville throughout construction.
Punch Card Program
As part of its commitment to assisting business owners, the City of Noblesville has implemented a loyalty punch card program. See the map and list below of participating businesses. Pick up a punch card at one of the businesses or City Hall.
Make a purchase at a participating business and get a stamp. A card is complete once five stamps are collected. A minimum of two stamps must come from a business in the green zone. Remaining stamps may come from a business in the yellow zone.
Completed cards can be returned to a business in the green zone for a chance to win a gift card to a local business.
Drawings will be held monthly, and there’s no limit on how many times a person can enter.
