ABOUT THE PROJECT

This project will provide substantial benefits to downtown businesses, their customers, and downtown residents. Pedestrian safety will be improved, including enhanced sidewalks and amenity spaces that are more accessible to all residents and visitors. Beautification elements will keep downtown Noblesville as an attractive and welcoming place to eat, shop, and live, providing more opportunities for visitors to remain downtown for longer periods.

PHASING

This is a phased project, and Phase 1 design will be complete in 2025. The Phase 1 study area is outlined in this graphic. Phase 1 design will be complete in Winter 2025.

BENEFITS

Studies have shown that enhanced sidewalks and creating a more inviting space improve pedestrian activity and can lead to additional economic activity.
