View Updated Project Renderings!

In case you missed it, updated project renderings were unveiled during a public open house on September 29, 2025. You can view the renderings created on our website. The website has also been updated with the presentation from the open house.

Phase 1 Work Determined

Since launching the Embrace Downtown project in Noblesville, the design team has further refined the Phase 1 construction area. Phase 1 will include Logan Street from 8th Street to 9th Street and is the first phase of creating a traffic-calmed environment for downtown Noblesville. Phase 1 construction will begin in 2026 and will be open for the holiday shopping season.

Noblesville Community Engagement Manager Aaron Head has standing office hours from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. every Wednesday at Noble Coffee & Tea, 933 Logan Street. Stop by to learn more about the project and ask questions.

Project Schedule

The Embrace Downtown team is finalizing the design, and the project is expected to be put out to bid in Winter 2025. Phase 1 construction is anticipated to begin in 2026.
