In case you missed it, the recent design concepts for downtown Noblesville were unveiled during a public open house.

You can view the renderings created by Ratio Architects on the project website at embracedowntownnoblesville.com. The website has also been updated with the presentation from the open house, FAQs, and more.

Office Hours at Noble Coffee & Tea

Noblesville Community Relations Manager Aaron Head has standing office hours from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. every Wednesday at Noble Coffee & Tea, 933 Logan Street. Stop by to learn more about the project and ask questions.

Have Questions About Parking?

We recognize there may be questions about

the impact to parking as part of the Embrace Downtown project. Our team has listened and made adjustments to the concepts to minimize the impact to street parking on the square.

One adjustment is keeping angled street parking, which keeps 34 more parking spaces than the 2021 concept. In addition, the amount of public parking within two blocks of the square has increased 20% for all-day parking and 35% on nights and weekends.

The Levinson Garage, which has 200 public parking spaces, is adjacent to many of the shopping and dining options in downtown Noblesville. In fact, walking from the garage to the square is a similar distance as walking from one side of the square to the other. Learn More

Next Steps

The preliminary Phase 1 design will be complete in summer 2025, and the final Phase 1A design will be complete in winter 2025. An additional open house will be held in fall 2025.
